After more than 20 years helping investors buy property across Australia, I kept seeing the same problem - smart people trying to use their super to invest, but getting stuck in red tape, confused by the rules, or wasting money on properties that didn't even qualify.
Investors were missing out on high-quality opportunities before they reached the wider market. Buyer’s agent fees were excessive. The process lacked transparency, and SMSF investors faced additional barriers without proper guidance.

How much does membership cost?

- Black Book Elite: $2,000 ($1,800 for founding members)

How is this different from sellings agents?
